3. Contact Data You Upload

Recipient contact lists you upload remain your property. We process them solely to deliver your campaigns, never sell or rent them, and never use them for our own marketing. Campaign data is retained only as long as required for reporting and legal compliance.

4. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access control, audit logging and periodic security reviews. API keys are hashed and can be rotated by you at any time.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with telecom operators and channel partners required to deliver your messages, with regulatory authorities where legally compelled, and with sub-processors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
